DHL ON DEMAND DELIVERY UPDATE
As you probably know, deliveries of PodVapes products within NZ are handled by NZ Post. They have just announced new delivery protocols for their drivers and for you to follow.
Here’s a quick summary of what PodVapes and NZ Post are doing.
ALL PodVapes warehouse and office staff are complying with Ministry of Health requirements and adhere to the strictest of hygiene standards.
PodVapes is minimizing employee exposure to COVID-19 by cancelling all events and banning employee travel for 1 month.
ALL employees are instructed to wash hands continuously and to stay home if they feel at all sick.
We are continuously monitoring the situation and will do anything to keep all customers and employees healthy and safe.
New Zealand Post has posted new procedures to their delivery service. (You can read here for further details.)
Updated Delivery Procedure - Couriers will knock and step 2 meters away from door. They will ask for the recipient's name and then leave the parcel in a sensible place. If no one answers they will follow the standard process of leaving a card and returning the item to depot.
New Zealand Post is working to minimize physical contact while ensuring its usual quality customer service.
